I need new running shoes. Recommendations?
I need a light stability shoe for wide feet. I have low arches but I don't over pronate. My last shoe was the Brooks Addiction but the pronation control is too much. I have Asics GT 2130 in a wide but the arches are too high. The NB 768's that I have are apparently too much stability too, they show uneven wear on the outside of the shoe like my Brooks.
I know Brooks tend to fit me well, when the last is nice and flat, so I will try the Dyad and the Adrenaline. Are there any other shoes that are flat like those?
I would start with the Brooks Dyad. It is designed for exactly what you describe for a low arch and stable. The Adrenaline will have at least as much support as the 2130 or 768 so will probably be too stable for you. My next choices would be Asics Cumulus or Landreth or Saucony Ride.
